"CHANGE TARGET" RETARGET

Type: combat                        Area of Effect: 1 target - can be ranged
Class: Fighter, Barbarian, Dreadlord, Paladin, 
       Ranger, Valkyrie, Monastic, Monk, Samurai

Changed your mind about who you want to fight in the middle of combat?
That's a bad position to be in, but if you have the RETARGET skill, then no 
big deal.

Rank 2: You can retarget while defending
Rank 3: You can retarget while mounted or vs mounted foes
Rank 4: No delay! (normally a 2 round delay)

Usage: retarget <new victim>
       target <new victim>
